But behind this project there’s a team with over 10 years of experience working with some of the most renowned names in the fashion industry. This is not a side project: we're putting everything into it, and we take it very seriously.

We also offer secure payment methods and a simple, transparent return policy: if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right — including a full refund if needed.

If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, you won’t even need to return it — we’ll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.

If you simply change your mind or the bag doesn’t feel right for you, that’s totally fine too. You can return it without any hassle. Since we already cover the cost of shipping the order to you, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping. We’ve secured great rates with our couriers, so the return won’t cost much — and we’ll simply deduct that amount from your refund once we’ve processed it.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Although our bags are crafted in Italy, we chose the Netherlands as our logistics hub for a very good reason: it's one of the most efficient and cost-effective shipping centers in the world.

Thanks to its central location in Europe and world-class infrastructure, we’re able to offer faster and more affordable shipping not just across Europe, but internationally too. This setup allows us to keep delivery times short and shipping costs low — all while maintaining a high standard of service.

Our bags are made from genuine leather, carefully crafted, and designed to last — and the feedback we receive from our customers speaks for itself. The quality is truly great, especially considering the price point.

That said, if you’re looking for a really high-end bag, we are not what you are looking for. Those bags often cost several times more — and you're usually paying a premium for the logo.

What we focus on is offering a beautiful, durable product with outstanding value. We don’t inflate prices, we don’t charge for branding, and we believe our bags hit that sweet spot where quality meets fairness.

That said, we are considering launching a more premium line in the future — for those looking for something even more exclusive.

Yes — every one of our bags is handmade in Italy. At the moment, all production takes place in the region between Florence and Bologna, an area with a long-standing tradition of leather craftsmanship.

We work with multiple artisans rather than relying on a single supplier. This isn’t just about flexibility — it’s a strategic choice that allows us to reduce risk and ensure continuity. If one workshop faces delays or unexpected issues, we have others we trust who can step in. That way, we keep our quality high and our deliveries reliable.

This brand was created by Luca and Agnese — two friends with a long-standing background in the fashion industry. We’ve spent years working behind the scenes for some of the biggest names in the business, across media, marketing, and production.

Due to confidentiality agreements, we can’t name the brands we’ve worked with — but our experience runs deep, and this project is the result of everything we’ve learned (and everything we believe in).

Yes — the price you see is the final price you’ll pay.

We offer free worldwide shipping, and all taxes, tariffs, and import duties are covered by us under a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) model. This means FedEx handles everything, and you won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives.

It depends on where you are, but delivery is usually fast:

Europe / United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

United States / Canada: 3–6 business days

Rest of the world: 3–7 business days

While we can’t control every aspect of international shipping, we always provide tracking for your order and remain available to help if anything unexpected comes up.
