Refund Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vilanera.com within 7 days of receipt. You may choose to receive a full refund without returning the item, or we can send a replacement at no additional cost. The incorrect or faulty item may be kept.
Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at info@vilanera.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Ship Item: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend obtaining proof of shipment and retaining it until the return is processed.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
